THE LUXURY APARTMENT at the ground floor is 250 sq wide, in front of the garden and the park. It’s provided with 3 rooms with double beds and one with twin beds. The rooms are spacious with walk-in closets or wide wardrobes with all comforts. There is a large stonework kitchen in Venetian tiles with every kind of appliance. The kitchen is overlooking one of the lounges, the hunting one, with a table big enough to seat 8 people that can be enlarged to seat 12 or 18, a very beautiful fireplace with ventilated heat release, a sofa bed and a 32” TV. Through a large window door you can reach the barbecue and wood oven area. From here you will access the park, at the beginning of which you will find a beautiful stallage of Luserna stone. There you can immerse yourself in a gorgeous hot tub heated up to 40 degrees and enjoy the maximum relax, sipping a rich aperitif with your friends at sunset. You can order a rich grilled meat or fish, if you want on the side of the tub. It will be cooked and served in front of your eyes thanks to the prestigious five-track mobile barbecue cart, complete with hotplate, grill and soapstone.
To follow there is the wood of the hunting reserve furnished to let you spend pleasant moments of relaxation and refreshment surrounded by nature. This place is intercommunicating with another room in front of the garden through a large arch that makes it independent and at the same time extremely adaptable and enjoyable at various times of the day. This living area is furnished with a large table for 14 people, extendable for 16.
There is also another charming corner for conversation with a large sofa and a 52” mirror TV.
On the same floor you will find two large, elegant master bathrooms with double sinks, double showers and wardrobes. One of the two bathrooms has a circular inlay tub. There is also a further small bathroom.

HOLYDAY HOUSE LA SUITE LUXURY is on the first floor of the residence after the large reception lobby. Here you will enjoy all the comforts of a stunning suite with a front park fully equipped terrace.
The luxury suite includes an atrium with walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with large shower. Entering the room, there is a fine and very well equipped kitchenette in solid walnut, a double bed, a 4 people table with 4 chairs, two small armchairs with a low table, a small pellet stove and a 32” LCD TV.

In the list of personalized services there will be also the chef at home Andrea Mustorgi who, only by reservation for at least 4 people, will come and cook for you his 8 themed, playful and convivial proposals. He will be dressed in the theme of the menu you’ll choose.

If you have any requests outside of these proposals you will be able to obtain it but by advance booking.
The home restaurant service is reserved only to the residence guests and their friends.

We offer you in Rapallo, 45 minutes far from Cassano Spinola, a wonderful boat excursion with skipper with the very good crafts of Ligurian Motorboat Agency. Choosing between the two leading models of the fleet, you will be escorted to Rapallo by a private transfer service. You will be offered two kinds of day excursions: one in the enchanting Paradiso Gulf (S. Michele di Pagana, S. Margherita, Paraggi, Portofino, S. Fruttuoso with its magnificent abbey, Punta Chiappa and Camogli) while the other one in the very well known Cinque terre and Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto islands.
We will personally arrange your excursion, booking directly for lunch on request very scenographic famous restaurants only reachable by sea. The skipper will provide a galley on the boat for the day trip, with typical Ligurian “focaccia”, local white wine, medley of fresh fruit as well as a mini-bar service with water and soft drinks.
